This licence covers the font family named in the download it came with ("the Font"): the font files, web font files and
specimen sheets. By installing or using the Font you agree to it.
1. What you may do
Ndovu gives you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install the Font on your own devices and to use
it for personal projects that are not commercial: school and study work, personal letters and documents, family and
community events, and personal social media posts or a personal website that does not sell or promote anything.
2. What needs our written permission
- Commercial use of any kind: anything made for a business, client, employer, organisation, product, service,
advertisement or campaign, anything sold or used to earn money, and any logo, brand identity or trademark.
- Using the Font in an app, game, website or other product offered to the public.
For commercial use, contact fonts.co.ke for a licence.
3. What you may not do
- Sell, share, upload, publish or give away the font files, on their own or as part of a collection, or let others
download them from your website or server.
- Change the font files, convert them into another font format for distribution, or make new fonts based on them.
- Present the Font, or a font made from it, as your own design.
- Remove or change the copyright and licence information in the files.
4. Ownership
Ndovu owns the Font and its design. This licence lets you use the Font; it does not sell it to you. Anything not
allowed here is reserved.
5. Ending the licence
If you break these terms the licence ends automatically, and you must stop using the Font and delete every copy.
6. No warranty
The Font is provided as it is, without any warranty. Ndovu is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from
using it, to the extent the law allows.
7. Law
This licence is governed by the laws of Kenya.
